How long does shipping take?
Because many of our products are made to order, most orders ship within 7–9 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Do you accept returns?
Since many of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

How do I care for my hat?
To keep your hat looking its best, spot clean with mild soap and water. We recommend avoiding the washing machine and dryer to help preserve the shape and embroidery.
